The 2020 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a great example of Hilltops Semillon with a dash of Sauvignon Blanc added. This lifts the aroma and rounds out a delicious palate.
The vintage produced extremely low tonnages with intense flavours and quality. This translates to a vibrant, light bodied dry white of comparatively low alcohol, with semillon’s exotic lemongrass-like flavour and tingly fresh acid. Drink now or cellar for five years and enjoy Grove Estate terroir.
