TASTING NOTES
This wine stems from a small parcel of poor granite soil that was occupied
by a plum orchard for the previous 50 years.
The Sangiovese's dominant savoury flavours are well balanced with
the richer, sweeter fruit style of the Barbera.
This wine will age well, however is also suited to drinking now
with a suitable food accompaniment.
