TASTING NOTES
This chardonnay shows classic examples of white peach and citrus flavours.
The blend is 85% Hilltops and 15% Tumbarumba.
The wine was fermented on its lees in aged French Barriques for 12 months.
Made to drink whilst young or may be aged for 5-6 years to enhance
the wooded characteristics.
