TASTING NOTES
The 2007 is our first release of this dynamic variety; it shows deep yellow colour with a perfume of apricots, ginger and spice. The rich palate captures the trademark viognier viscosity.
Viognier has taken to the Hilltops region very well and is suited to the
dry cool climate conditions.
